Beauty Essentials: VALENTINO VOCE VIVA Is Giving Me The Ooh~LaLa Effect.

Shh..  Do you smell that? It's me wearing one of my favorite perfumes. Valentino Voce Viva.
The purpose of creating this fragrance was to Celebrate every woman’s voice, VOCE VIVA is the new feminine fragrance by Valentino.
There are certain things in life that make you appreciate the responsibility of your nose and this fragrance is definitely one of them.
Your sense of smell helps you enjoy life. You may delight in the aromas of your favorite foods or the fragrance of flowers. Your sense of smell and your sense of taste is part of your chemosensory system.
Your ability to smell comes from specialized sensory cells, called olfactory sensory neurons, which are found in a small patch of tissue high inside the nose. These cells connect directly to the brain.
I remember my experience with COVID, I lost my sense of smell and taste, it was such an awful experience, especially because I love making oils, playing around with herbs and different things to boost my mood and mental health, friends often message me and ask for tips/advice on different herbs and oils that help with various issues, I am no genius but I do know a few tricks (wink).
But, let's not deviate from the purpose of this post I tend to do that a lot because there is just so much to talk about.
VALENTINO VOCE VIVA draws a parallel between the sound of your voice and the scent of your fragrance.
Like a voice, a fragrance is personal, intimate, and leaves a trace.
The harmony of a radiant floral bouquet made addictive and powerful through an unexpected crystal moss accord embodies the strength and intimacy of your voice.
COLOURFUL TOP NOTES:
The colorful and sparkling top notes open with fresh Italian bergamot, softened by sweet and juicy mandarin.
COUTURE HEART NOTES:
An opulent bouquet of floral heart notes, blending orange blossom absolute with golden gardenia.
COOL BASE NOTES:
An unexpected crystal moss brings a modern intensity to the base, with enveloping vanilla leaving an addictive impression.
One important factor you should know about perfumes is that they evoke feelings.
Did you lift an eyebrow and ask how?
Let me ask you, Have you ever walked past someone who just smells amazing? Can you remember the thoughts and feelings that were evoked as a result?
Scent is extremely powerful at evoking feelings and can be used to tremendous effect.
Don't get me wrong some smells evoke negative feelings, I have often walked past certain people and their perfume immediately gave me anxiety, reminding me of certain negative experiences I have had in the past, so it's sometimes not all positive but the majority of the time, the feeling you get is good.
Perfumes have the power to evoke feelings of love, energy, power, happiness, awe, sensuality, and peace.
One of the most common feelings is lust. For example, A man could walk past a beautiful lady in a club or at a bar and just feel like his body is engulfed in fire, his blood boils with love and lust to want to kiss her neck and smell her hair. (haha don't worry I am not going to give you my version of Fifty shades of Grey), but you get where I was going with this.
This is just a photo of one of my favorite red earrings it was giving me the Voce Viva vibes
The undertones in this perfume are not overpowering and the scent lasts for hours. It's a Really fresh and beautiful Sweet smell, It is a  long-lasting scent throughout the day. For some people, it may be a little strong, but I love certain strong scents. I sometimes buy men's perfume, they always make theirs stronger, so I use it as a home fragrance because coming home to a beautifully scented house brings you such a beautiful and positive feeling.
Valentino Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli stated ‘I believe today that the true power is to be able to share emotions.’ He also points out that the Voce Viva fragrance should be regarded as an ‘ode to Valentino multifaceted femininity’ and it is ‘Roman at heart’ and I completely agree with him.
Overall all I can say is that the Voce Viva fragrance has the Ooh Lala effect and I have no doubts that it will be considerably appreciated by a lot of fragrance lovers.
