Food Photography: Never Knew Thailand Could Taste So Good Till I Tried Pad Po Tak. #foodie #foodblogger #foodlover

I can be very picky when it comes to food, I have heard a lot about "Thai Food" and Sea food, but I have been such a chicken due to some personal reasons, however, a special person close to my soul convinced me to try "Thai Food" and I have to admit I am now hooked, my favorite is the "Pad Po Tak" and "Hoy Nueng" .

Another one to try is also "Pad Pak Ruam", and that's mixed vegetables with some lovely Thai Herbs.

#Food : Why Breakfast Is So Important To Us. #FBlogger #Foodporn #food #fitness #Foodie

Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast – that’s where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol!

I know some of us never have the chance to eat breakfast due to -Early school runs, catching the train or getting to your place of work, but the easiest breakfast i recommend is (Cereal or Fruits). I try to mix things up in a fun way, and it does the job.

Nutritionists advise:
  • breakfast should be eaten within two hours of waking
  • a healthy breakfast should provide calories in the range of20-35% of your guideline daily allowance (GDA).
