Lifestyle : How To Zen Up Your Home Effortlessly.

So I know we all have an eye for beautiful things and filling up our homes and spaces with lovely objects and decor items but while doing this try not to be a "Hoarder", when you have a home filled with things you don't need and it's all claustrophobic, you would struggle to achieve the "Zen" feeling, this post will teach you how to create an airy, positive Zen space/feeling around your home, home office, workspace and environment effortlessly using beautiful decors, crystals & Gemstones.
1) Put Away The Decors: As lovely as it looks to have decors on your office desk or coffee table, I often see some photos on social media that make me wanna ring the person or email them and ask to help (Re-Decorate or Re-Style) their coffee table or space. Have a Storage/Cupboard reserved for storing away decors to Re-use them again another time, don't be tempted to chunk old and new decors because you just don't want to part with seeing the old one on your desk space or coffee table, it's always good to move things around.
(I designed this cupboard to be used to preserve my favourite Glam decors)
2) Surround your space with Crystals: I am a huge lover of crystals, I drawn to crystals that inspire me and helps lift my mood, connects with me and my needs at that moment, something linked to my star sign and when I do a successful card reading session for my self especially with my Crystal Oracle decks, I try to get the card that really connects with my needs.
Why Crystals? Because they bring the energy of abundance from deep within the Earth. Each crystal carries a specific energetic vibration along with it which can act and aid or a supplement for your life. Think of crystals as Multivitamins for your soul.

I love using Crystals That Aid in Enhancing Spiritual Awareness, Enlightenment, Inspiration & Creativity, I will mention a few of my favourites below:
Spiritual crystals can help us connect to higher consciousness, tap into our psychic abilities, manifest our dreams, and protect ourselves as we venture into the unknown.

LABRADORITE
To some, Labradorite may seem an unremarkable stone. However, there is much more to this stone than meets the eye. Beneath the grey or black exterior lies a glimmering spectacle of various shades of blue, green and purple, alluding to its highly mystical nature. It possesses many beneficial properties that can aid you on your spiritual journey.

BLUE LACE AGATE
Blue Lace Agate is a highly communicative stone. Characterized by its light blue colour and soft energies, this calming stone enhances clarity and peace of mind, allowing you to better understand and communicate your thoughts. As negative emotions and thoughts leave your mind, you’ll better understand your dreams and desires.

LAPIS LAZULI
When it comes to balancing your chakras, few stones are as effective as Lapis Lazuli. This vibrant blue stone connects with the throat and third eye chakras to further enhance enlightenment and connect us to the spiritual world.

AMETHYST
One of the most powerful and versatile healing stones, it’s no surprise that Amethyst is also extremely beneficial in the journey toward spiritual awareness and enlightenment.

Amethyst is a very calming stone, working not only to ease the body and heart but also the mind and soul. Like your heart, mind, and soul open, you become more available for communication with the spiritual world. However, this process may also make you more vulnerable. (source)
3) Remember Less is more: Keep your coffee table organized, with good vibes and energy flowing around it, always keep in mind that Clutter is a health/mood killer, add decors that vibe with your surrounding, you want to come home, take your shoes off, look at your surroundings and feel relaxed and uplifted especially because we all know the world is filled with people that carry bad energy, I call them energy vampires, so you would not want to deal with such energies outdoors and deal with the same indoors, that is a number one No No! when it comes to creating a Zen space/feeling around you and inside you.
As these erratic and stressful times make it increasingly difficult to find tranquillity and relaxation in our lives, one of the few options left is to create a peaceful haven in the comfort of our own home.

4) Water: The sound of water is wonderfully calming, so adding a water feature to the room makes it more tranquil. It can be a large feature in the middle of the room or a small fountain on the tabletop.

If you are looking for a calm oasis in a sea of stress when you return home, decorating in the Zen style may be the perfect answer.
