The Art of Starting Afresh Is Hard But Beautiful

Starting afresh, in my own words, is the art of hitting that reset button over and over again. Ever heard the phrase, “It’s never too late to start afresh”? That’s what I always reflect back on.

The world as we know it is changing every day. It’s something new constantly, and today I wasn’t in the mood to plaster too many visuals everywhere, as I just wanted to drop a few words for you, my loyal and returning readers.

Those who have actually intentionally gone out of their way to check in on me recently truly left me in awe. I was genuinely surprised, and it touched my soul. I felt seen by a touching message I received from a reader who expressed immense passion for some of my articles, and the little things like these are what push me to strive to be better.
People who know me know I am a direct and principled person. Lol. I give too much grace in life, but I distance myself from and cut off anyone or anything that disturbs my peace and my nervous system.

Today, I won’t write much, but I do want to hit a few nails on the head.

For me, this year has been about moving at a slow and comfortable pace. Nothing rushed, nothing forced, but steady, because slow and steady wins the race.

Many people are so tempted by AI, racing for the best pictures, likes, followers, numbers, and all the things that come with it. But those things don’t faze me. In fact, I strive for authenticity, and I am grateful for the beautiful, growing numbers I see across my platforms. That alone is enough for me.

We rarely see originality anymore. Everyone is so reliant on AI now, and I am not saying it’s a bad thing to have a few words proofread or refined for better readability. I mean, some people act like they have taken leave of their senses and can no longer function without AI wiping their buttocks for them. Lol, sorry to be raw.

But when I say start afresh, I mean find the things that linger, the things that hold you back, the things that keep you stagnant, and break free.

Let go. Move on.

You’d be surprised how much your life can transform for the better.

You may not be where you used to be, but be grateful for where you are now, because you are going to greater heights. Speak to yourself the way you would speak to someone who came to you for help.

I am always touching grass and staying grounded. Connecting with universal energies, Mother Earth, and my spiritual intuition is something that helps me ground myself or step away from unhealthy connections and spaces.

I’ll say the same to you today: trust the vibes you get, because energy doesn’t lie.

Do things that make you happy, always, and never let others dictate what happiness should look like for you.

We are adults, navigating this chaotic world in the way we best know how, and that alone can be stressful. The last thing you need is someone breathing down your neck, making you feel less than you are when you are already struggling to show up and be present every day.

It’s not easy being human in this realm already. The last thing you need is someone making living harder for you.

So please, listen to my words today and hit that reset button. Your tomorrow will thank you for making that decision. Go out. Breathe. Go to the ocean. Meditate. Touch grass. Reconnect with yourself.
Meditation should be your best friend.

Until next time, please stay safe and hydrated out there.
And I miss you so much.

As always, I write when I feel inclined and motivated, so thank you all so much for sticking with me.
Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead.
